Shipping and Returns
We use AustraliaPost for delivery. You will be notified via email when your items are shipped which includes your estimated delivery date.
Returns & Refunds:
To be eligible for a refund your mask must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and be in the original packaging.
We cannot accept returns on orders that have been used or opened.
Unused masks can be returned within 14 days from delivery for a full refund.
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded.
If you have a defective or damaged mask due to our error, then we will happily exchange it for a new one.
To organise a refund or an exchange:
Please email your Order number to email@example.com. Please keep in mind that refunds can take up to 5 business days to process.
